Installing SunLogin Remote Access Plug-in

    To use the functions of remote file management or the Remote Desktop feature of Oray SunLogin, you must install SunLogin Remote Access plug-in. When you login to SunLogin remote desktop or remote file management, the system will prompt to install the plug-in to continue.

   
The system checks whether the host computer is installed with the plug-in. If not, a yellow navigation bar will appear above the IE. You need to click it to allow the installation. After you click Install, the entire installation process is finished automatically by the system.

   
If your browser security is set to high, the system may refuse to install the plug-in. Then you need to reduce the IE's security sensitivity or to manually install Peanuthull Remote Access plug-in as prompted. For manual installation, click Download SunLogin Remote Control on the tip page, and install the control.
