Aweray Account Cancellation Notice

Important Note: Before you submit a cancellation application, please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the entire content of this Notice, especially the terms marked in bold or underlined. Cancelling an account is an irreversible operation, which will result in the permanent loss of the account and all rights, interests, and services under it. 1.General Provisions

1.1.This Cancellation Notice is a consistent clause reached between the legal holder of the Aweray account ("You") and AWERAY PTE. LTD. ("Aweray") regarding the matter of your cancellation of the Aweray account.
1.2.After you submit an account cancellation application to Aweray, Aweray will verify you and the relevant circumstances of the account one by one. The cancellation will only be successful if your account passes the verification and is confirmed to meet all cancellation conditions stipulated in this Notice.

2.Account Cancellation Process and Conditions

2.1.The Account Cancellation under this Cancellation Notice aims to realize the operation of cancelling your Aweray account and terminating all relevant services used under that account, existing contracts, and other relationships.
2.2.You shall ensure that the account applied for cancellation is legally registered and held by you.
2.3.Major Risk Warning Before Cancellation: You acknowledge and confirm that applying for account cancellation will produce the following irreversible effects:
(1) Aweray adopts a unified account system. Cancelling this account will synchronously cancel your account across all application products and services under Aweray (including but not limited to the Aweray Website, the AweSun, AweSeed, and AweShell series of application products, GameLink Global App). After the account is cancelled, all relevant Aweray services you enjoy through other network channels will be affected. Please operate with caution.
(2) Account Cancellation is Irreversible. Once the account is successfully cancelled, it cannot be restored. You will never be able to log in to any of Aweray's products and services with this account again.
(3) Data and Rights Processing: (a) Your account information and related data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws. Please back up all information and data you need to retain before cancellation. (b) All unused rights and interests remaining in the account will be automatically cleared and deemed as voluntarily waived by you, and no compensation or refund will be given in any form. "Unused rights and interests" include but are not limited to: unexpired services, paid or gifted Aweshell domains (excluding those automatically gifted by the system), unused coupons, red packets, redemption codes, points, and other virtual assets.
(4) During the account cancellation application period, please do not perform any other operations to avoid cancellation failure.
2.4.Your account must simultaneously meet the following conditions before the cancellation process can be initiated:
(1) There is no available balance or arrears in the account. If any exist, please contact customer service or send an email to contact-global@aweray.com to process them before proceeding with the cancellation operation.
(2) There are no ongoing complaints or reports (whether as the initiator or the recipient) associated with the account. If any exist, please contact customer service or send an email to contact-global@aweray.com to process them before proceeding with the cancellation operation.
(3) There is no bound smart device hardware in the account. If any exist, please manually unbind them.

3.Consequences of Account Cancellation

You fully understand and agree that the following consequences will occur after the account is successfully cancelled:
3.1.Aweray will reclaim the account, and you will permanently lose the right to use the account and enjoy the corresponding services.
3.2.You will be unable to retrieve various types of information, data, etc., that you once stored or used under the account, and Aweray cannot assist you in restoring relevant information or data, except for relevant information or data that Aweray is required to retain according to applicable laws.
3.3.Aweray will terminate the provision of services to you, and the agreements reached between you and Aweray, such as the Aweray Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, will terminate simultaneously (except for clauses that should remain effective due to their nature or applicable law provisions).
3.4.Account cancellation does not exempt or alleviate the responsibilities you should bear for violating applicable laws, relevant agreements, or infringing upon the rights and interests of others before cancellation. Aweray reserves the right to pursue corresponding responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.
3.5.Other consequences that may cause damage to your rights and interests or cause you losses.

4.Supplementary Provisions

4.1.In order to fulfill legal obligations, Aweray has the right to retain your necessary registration information, transaction, and behavioral records, and other data within the period required by applicable laws.
4.2.The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this Notice shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes arising from this Cancellation Notice or its execution shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no settlement can be reached through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court of Yangpu District, Shanghai for litigation, and you agree to accept personal jurisdiction and waive any objections regarding inconvenient forum.
